Bell & Ross BR01 Airborne and Burning Skull: Dance of Luminescence

Ever wondered how the BR01 Airborne, Skull and / or Burning Skull appeared in darkness with their respective luminescence?

Well, we did and that is why we created a special “dance” video (above) to show how the SuperLuminova on either the Airborne, Skull or Burning Skull looked like in the dark. Hence, the video’s name: “Dance of Luminescence”.

The entire skull on either the BR01 Airborne or Skull will light up in darkness, after having been adequately charged.

For the BR01 Burning Skull, the areas in its eyes, nose and mouth light up, forming a skull silhouette.

Both the BR01 Airborne for Indonesia (limited to 50 pieces) and the BR01 Burning Skull (limited to 500 pieces) were filmed in their full glory with their SuperLuminova charged.

No “stunt doubles” were used. We are unable to confirm if any of the two Bell & Ross BR01 watches used for the dance was hurt during the head skull-banging “high five” moves in the production of this video.

Indoor skydiver Kyra Poh: Freestyle Junior World Champion

It has been a bountiful year for 15-year-old indoor skydiver Kyra Poh. The Singaporean teenager recently took home the freestyle junior champion title at the 2nd FAI World Indoor Skydiving Championships that took place from 18 to 23 October 2017 in Laval, Montreal, Canada.

Not bad considering that this was her first Freestyle Junior World Championship title. Poh triumphed, beating second-placed American Kayleigh Wittenburg by just 0.9 points. The former freestyle junior world champion titleholder was Maja Kucyzyska from Poland.

In February 2017, Poh claimed the “world’s fastest indoor skydiver” title after having won the solo freestyle competition at the Wind Games in Catalonia, Spain.

Poh’s indoor skydiving talent hasn’t gone unnoticed, especially in her home country. In April 2017, Swatch Singapore engaged Poh to perform indoor skydiving at iFLY Singapore as part of their launch of the Swatch Skin collection.

At the Swatch Skin launch, Poh performed three indoor skydiving displays and her second flight was one of our favourites.

At Singapore’s National Day Parade (NDP) in August 2017, Poh was one of four Singaporeans chosen to share their stories of triumph. She shared her two golds and a silver success story secured at the Wind Games organised by Windoor in February 2017.
